Release the photos for what? Just respect his word.

Yes, we are all happy that “Obama got Osama.”  After everything that the public has put this man through since he has been in office, they claim he finally did something correct. Once again, according to them, he’s wrong for not releasing the photos of Al-Qaida Leader Osama bin Laden, after he was killed.
May 1, 2011 will go down in history as one of the greatest days ever. After ten years of trying to find bin Laden, a military raid of his compound in Pakistan, resulted in Navy Seals Special Op forces taking him out with a gunshot wound to the left side of his head.
Quite naturally a gunshot wound to the head will no doubt be a gruesome sight for anyone to see. So why would folks want to see something like that?
Obama and his administration said that through DNA testing, they were able to verify that the dead body was indeed Osama bin Laden. Our president said that there is no doubt Osama bin Laden has been killed, respect his word. Now, If this would have been done while Bush was still in office and he made the same decision, would they have treated him the same way?

President Obama at Ground Zero ceremony praying

Why would the President of the United States have to lie about this man being dead and instead of waiting to go to Ground Zero on September 11, he went and laid a wreath days after bin Lader was killed. It really boils my blood that there are people out there who really don’t believe this man. I’ve heard folks say that they want to see the pictures to make sure it’s him. How in the hell can you make sure it’s him when some of his skull and possibly some of his face was blown away? Most likely he is only recognizable from the nose down. That could be anybody as well. So, release the photos for what? I wouldn’t either. But I wonder do folks believe him now when he said that there was more important issues he had to deal with when he released his birth certificate? A Black man just can’t win, no matter what.
