What happens when Black people can no longer recognize white racism?

[The evil of racism prevails best when its victim no longer recognizes it.]

    The greatest threat now confronting African Americans are no longer the blatant racist groups such as the Ku Klux Klan, Neo Nazi groups, nor is it even themselves. Today most African Americans have never actually witnessed a Klan rally, cross burning, or even perhaps, in real life, ever seen a Klansman wearing their traditional white robes. Yet for most African Americans these depictions of white racism are the most alarming. However, these noted depictions of white racism are now the least detriment types confronting African Americans. There exist far more detrimentally racist systems that are continually deplored against African Americans.  Many detrimentally racist systems not formulated by poorly articulated, ignorant white southerners wearing a white hooded mask. Today such groups are merely pawns used as distractions to keep African Americans from recognizing the now greater threats confronting them.

Today the groups that actually represent the greatest threat to African Americans are highly educated and very articulated. They are graduates of the most prestige’s universities in the country. And instead of wearing white hooded robes, they adorn themselves in very expensive custom tailored suits and silk ties. They represent the countries most prestige and affluent Anglo-Saxons elites. They are always working unrelenting secretly behind the scene to ensure that their white dominance and control is maintained in the U.S.  And unfortunately, to the detriment of African Americans these white elites maintain their positions of power and prestige regardless of who is actually president.

Their unrelenting goal of ensuring the continuance of their white dominance necessitates that they exploit and suppress their cohabitate Black population. ---Because to not do so would place themselves in direct opposition of their commitment towards maintaining their position of power. These elites secretly work behind the scene writing legislation and laws that covertly meets this objective. Their endeavors are covertly enacted through governmental policies, laws, and other legislation actions that serve to maintain their white dominance by hindering the advancement of all people of color most particularly African Americans

They also often find ways to profit from theses endeavors such as with the U.S. private industrial prison businesses.  Where of which white owned corporation-- {including Motorola, Hewitt Packet, IBM, Wal-Mart, etc...} build private prisons and, through their board of directors, lobby for laws that will enhances their profits while targeting, exploiting and suppressing, the Black population. This is the true objective of the United States unfair federal enhanced drug sentencing guide lines and “three strikes you’re out laws” that unfairly targets the U.S. Black Population.

Another example of these racist endeavors was seen when the affirmative action bill was introduced to become a law. Before it was approve and enacted these white elites saw fit to revamp it to preposterously include “white women” as being members of a minority group. And then they subsequently made white women the largest benefactors of affirmative action. Covertly diverting millions of federal dollars-- intended to help even the playing field for minorities -- back to their own white communities and house hold.

These endeavors were again made apparent during the 1970’s with the federally initiated program that targeted allegedly violent African American children and youth for brain-mutilating psychosurgery. These efforts with racist implications were hindered by a successful campaign launched by the Center for the Study of Psychiatry and psychology.

Twenty years later, in the early 1990s, they again spearheaded yet another government biopsychiatric program with racist implications. The federal violence initiative aimed at diagnosing and drugging supposedly violence-prone inner-city [predominately Black] children.

The endeavors of these white elites are also witness every time that a new abortion clinic is placed --85% of the time-- within a Black or Hispanic neighborhood secretly backed by funding through Eugenics programs that seeks to reduce the rates of Black babies.

Their unyielding determination for maintaining White dominance not only breaches ethical lines, but also breaches its own constitutional laws and the very human rights of its Black population.  As witnessed in the 1980's when the CIA pushed drugs into the Black communities of Los Angeles-thus poisoning its African American communities by the proliferation of drugs and high powered weaponry. The evidence shows that, for nearly 10 years, a Central Intelligence Agency operation sold crack cocaine by the ton along with sophisticated assault weapons to two Los Angeles youth gangs, the Cripps and the Bloods, and then ignited a blood bath of violence between them.  These drugs and weaponry were then disseminated to many African Americans communities throughout the United States destroying the lives of millions of African Americans while stimulating the economy through the prison industry. Black America has never fully recovered from this governmental attack. Secretly when it comes to its Black population, the U.S. Government deems gross transgressions against the constitution and human rights as acceptable.

No place is this unyielding determination for maintaining White dominance made more evident than when examining the U.S. Government’s long history of implementing suppressive tactics against African American civil right leaders and their organizations for merely pursuing the full measures and rights of citizenship for all African Americans-- regardless of which position peacefully taken as law-biding advocates for change by African Americans, these efforts where always undermined and neutralized by agents of the U.S. government.   Within a true democracy, the citizens have a right, if not a duty to speak out when the government is wrong in action or policy.  However, as seen throughout America's history, regardless of which position peacefully taken by African Americans in their plight of obtaining even the basic of equality of citizenship, the American government has always deemed it a threat to its national interest. Such is seen wherein Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., for his merely seeking equality for African Americans, the then FBI Director J. Edgar Hoover deemed it a threat to national interest.  And with support of President John F. Kennedy and his brother U.S. Attorney General Bobby Kennedy, Mr. Hoover ordered the wire-tapping and surveillance of Dr. King and denied him many numbers of foundation grants and public speaking engagements.  Furthermore, the Government, in an effort to influence control of Dr. King, threatened to discredit him by making public the information obtained by their surveillances.  Dr. King, nevertheless, maintained his position and momentum and was subsequently murdered shortly thereafter.  Ironically, similar strategies were implemented against Malcolm X, for seeking, contrary to Dr. King’s strategy, to instead segregate from Whites. There were similar deterrent strategies implemented against Marcus Garvey for advocating a return to Africa.  What is being demonstrated here is that regardless of which position peacefully taken as law-biding advocates for change by African Americans these actions where always deemed as a threat to America’s national interest by the U.S.  Government. These actions where neither isolated nor uncommon because the U.S. government also implemented similar strategies against Stokely Carmichael, Eldridge Cleaver a host of many other Black leaders. Most of these targeted Blacks were never suspected of committing any crime but merely involved in improving the lives of African Americans. These advocates for change where all targeted because they where deemed as threats against America’s continued white dominance and control.  

The U.S. Government’s unyielding determination for maintaining its White dominance is so profound that it even breaches ethical boundaries under the pretext of its national interest of combating Black descent.  According to FBI memoranda of the 1960s, "Key black activists" were repeatedly falsely arrested until they could no longer make bail. The FBI also used informants to present false testimony to the courts, to frame Black leaders for crimes they knew they did not commit. [Even those serious charges such as murder].  FBI agents undertook actions to discredit, disrupt, and destroy not only those groups deemed as being "radicals Negroes’, but also those peaceful organizations solely focused without any political affiliations or agenda other than just improving Black communities. The commitment of the FBI towards the undermining and destruction of Black movements towards the betterment of African Americans has been extensive. In fact, the most serious of the FBI disruption programs were those directed against "Black Leaders and Black organizations. 

THE MISEDUCATION OF BLACK CHILDREN IS ALSO A DELIBERATE RACIST DESIGN

This necessity to suppress the advancement of its Black population was also made evident during the integration of the U.S. public schools, wherein it flagrantly, wrongfully integrated Black students into an educational system where they are taught mostly to admire the accomplishment of Whites and left ignorant of their own accomplishments and contributions as a race. The new educational system deliberately withholds 97% of Black contributions from its curriculum. Therefore it fails to provide Black students the same essential racially affirming curriculum of themselves to base their capabilities and potentials upon as it so routinely deemed it a necessity to provide for its White students-thus cutting off the aspirations of many Black students at its roots. No group of children can adequately compete academically with other students while being educated to respect the accomplishments of every other racial group except themselves. And then shamefully the U.S. Education Secretary and White House officials dare to express surprise when Black students actively resist learning or that their will or ability to learn diminishes given such a mortifying educational setting. For most African Americans their schools are the first place where they learn just how little they're valued in America. 

Difficult as it may be for some to accept, however, America's own history of governmental strategies implemented against the better interest of African Americans unequivocally confirms that there, while upon the surface professing equality for all of her citizens, that its government in fact uses every conceivable means to maintain and defend its position of White dominance and advantage over its Black population.  Given such overwhelming historical evidence demonstrating this fact, it would be extremely naive to believe otherwise.

Given such astounding historical evidence of this fact, it is a wonder that more African Americans have not questioned the convenient targeting of America's AIDS epidemic hitting its --most discriminated-- Black populations the hardest.  Or that how is it possible that African Americans are 12 percent of the American population, but makes up nearly 50% of those infected by AIDS and HIV? Although the constant degrading propaganda of Blacks in the U.S. media makes such a premise easier to accept, are we really to believe that the millions of African Americans today infected by the HIV and AIDS virus are all promiscuous, practicing homosexuals or IV drug users?  Or is it more likely that these despairing statistics are yet again connected to another scheme towards maintaining White dominance?    Furthermore, why [in January 2000] did President Clinton officially assign the National Security Council and the Central Intelligence Agency to supervise the U.S. Governments global campaign against AIDS? These agencies seem unqualified to fight disease.  Why weren’t the U.S. public health service and Center for Disease control given the task? 

Because these white elites are so unrelenting in their commitment towards preserving their white dominance, this racist trend that necessitates that system be implemented to suppress the advancement of its Black population continues even now. Today’s system is the most proficient and detrimental type to ever confront African Americans and African people the world over.

Several decades ago these white elites secretly implemented a more covert and proficient method for ensuring that their white dominance is continued. Because the blatant methods used in the past have run its course and or has become morally unacceptable, this logically necessitated that a newer more covert system be implemented. Changing times required that the U.S. government modify its methods.  Today’s method is more covert and sophisticated in its application. It uses the media’s proven ability to mass manipulate and confuse targeted groups. Simply put, it is a mass media driven manipulation program that projects genetic inferiority upon the psyche of its Black population as a means for ensuring that its white dominance is continued.

The United States media’s distorted portrayal of Black America that amplifies the negative to the point that it distorts reality is more than just biased media reports. They function as a media manipulation psychosocial program. It is deployed through a massive media driven-- social engineering- - marketing campaign that devalues African Americans. Its features include the ability to both influence the national climate and engender personal psychological feelings among African Americans that ensures the continuance of white dominance. It is a system so elaborately sophisticated that most African Americans remain totally oblivious to it and subsequently succumb to it. However, the very survival of Black people depends upon them recognizing and confronting this racist modern system.

This psychosocial program adversely manipulates and shapes the minds and collective perceptions of African Americans by subjecting them to seeing only the fraudulent worst in themselves.  Its unrelenting daily assault on the Black psyche is designed to break down African Americans’ sense of racial unity and allegiance, mold the character of self-hatred, and engender self-doubt, self-loathing, and division among their group that weakens their ranks.  It also conditions Black people to accept white dominance over their lives by convincing them that it is now they that are their own worst enemies. 

Furthermore, it also heightens mass insensitivity throughout the nation and world regarding the plight of African Americans therefore facilitating a consensual nationally setting for Black mistreatment. It fosters false justifications for America’s legal system’s mistreatment of African Americans; wherein they are disproportionately incarcerated, given stiffer sentences, and unfairly treated.  The effects of this massive psychosocial program are also manifested in ideas, education, governmental policies, economic stratification, social segregation, housing markets, hiring and promotion practices, psychological issues, and minority access to a variety of social services and opportunity. It also affects attitudes that, when enacted through governmental policies, laws, and other legislation actions, serve to ensure that African Americans will not advance.

This psychosocial program is at the core of the feeling of self hatred that many African Americans now experience as well as the feelings of superiority that many whites possess.

 The objective of the United States government has always been to maintain its White dominance over its Black population, and clearly mass psychological manipulation meets this need--because it covertly creates a national climate that allows the government to suppress consensually the advancement of its African American population and to maintain its White dominance.  

Moreover, white people are less than 1/10^th of the world population, and they possess a recessive characteristic that is a variation of albinism. This genetic recessive characteristic means that, through miscegenation, the white population can conceivably be genetically annihilated by people of color. Therefore the more color that a particular group has to cause white genetic annihilation the more that group is perceived as their enemy and targeted. According to this view point the very survival of white people necessitates that they project genetic inferiority on people of color particularly its Black population. The earlier note racist suppressive systems created against the advancement of Black people including the lynching, castrations, and are all subconsciously connected to this fact. 

 Furthermore, history overwhelmingly demonstrates that the White race’s innate proclivity for racism, control, and dominance is much too deeply engrained for them to just merely give up their practices of implementing suppressive methods over its African American population. Clearly, the method of psychological warfare provides the United States Governmental elites with a method for meeting this need but doing so with the added benefit of not appearing racist. It was perfectly suited for the changing times.  Unlike the extremely cruel and public racism used in the past, which Blacks were able to easily identify and thus unify to form counter strategies against, racism through psychological warfare is much harder to detect.  Armed with this method, the U.S. government could maintain dominance and control with less social fallout because racism is not as easily recognized.  This new method exists in the space between overt racism and racial respect.
