
Del Maria McClenney is dedicated to cultivating and improving the lives of children and youth. Mrs. McClenney has focused on the reclamation of children and youth for Twenty-five years, through enrichment programs, organizations, and professionals who are committed to serving youth. Mrs. McClenney’s professional experiences have spanned twenty years at which time she has served families, children, school programs and organizations in a number of capacities. Del Maria McClenney has held various professional positions including Regular Pioneer Central Congregation of Jehovah’s Witnesses, Battle Creek, Michigan, Trainer for Sear Roebuck Inc., Storyteller, L.A.S.E.R. Enrichment Program Ann J, Kellogg School, Battle Creek, Michigan, Teacher, Operation G.R.A.D. alternative school Battle Creek, Michigan, Mentorship Manager, Junior Achievement of Southwest Michigan, Program Manager Junior Achievement of Southwest Michigan and Marketing Manager, Battle Creek Self Employment Program.

Mrs. McClenney believes the children truly are our future. Serving them now must be our passion. She views the trust of educating as a crusade and privilege. Del is committed to embracing the challenges of youth today. It is her belief that our “village” must concentrate on raising and molding our youth in a positive manner. She believes it is an absolute must that we meet their challenging changing and complex needs. The place to begin is stabilizing the family unit with a solid family economic base.
