Ms. Putman is a recent summa cum laude graduate of the University of Houston with a bachelor of science in Political Science. She has experience in federal, state and local government as well as various non-profits and community initiative. After working the 81st Legislative Session, she has taken a keen interest in health issues. She will be attending LSU Law Center this fall where she intends to specialize in Health Law.
