HOUSTON- The Texas Women’s Empowerment Foundation invites you to their International Financial & Leadership Summit Awards Gala honoring George Foreman and other mega business leaders, will be held on Thursday, August 27, 2009 at 6p.m., at the Houston Club, 811 Rusk. The gala will be televised. The keynote speaker of the Gala will be Dr. Miles Munroe, founder of International Third World Leaders Association. World Heavyweight Champion George Foreman will be named as the Global Leadership Empowerment Award Honoree.
The 2009 International Leadership Empowerment Award Honorees will include Dr. Margaret Ford Fisher, president-Houston Community College-Northeast; Richard “Dick” Huebner, president, Houston Minority Business Council, The Honorable Sylvester Turner, Texas State Rep. & Partner, Barnes & Turner Law Firm, among others.
