DALLAS- Join the African-American Leadership Society (AALS)- United Way  of Dallas as it kicks off its 2nd annual volunteer project at Boys and Girls Club of Greater Dallas - Oak Cliff Club.
Volunteers will serve as a positive role model for our youth through mentoring, tutoring and personal development, and make a memorable impact in the AALS “adopted” community of Oak Cliff.

This special volunteer opportunity runs throughout the school year and is held at the Boys and Girls Club of Greater Dallas - Oak Cliff Club, in the Clint W. Murchison Jr. Building, located at 2907 Linfield Road. A minimum of two volunteers is needed 4 to 6 p.m. every Tuesday, beginning on September 22.
Volunteers must submit a Club application and undergo a criminal background check. The cost of the background check is $10 for each member. Volunteers will attend a mandatory training session in early September. Information on training dates and times will be provided soon.
