Booker T. Washington Alumni Association Schedules Big Event Activities

HOUSTON- The Booker T. Washington High School Alumni has scheduled several big event activities for Friday, Aug. 14 and Aug. 15, 2009.
On Friday, they will have a Meet & Greet Annual Sock Hop, beginning at 7p.m. at the Houston Sheraton Brookhollow Hotel, located at 3000 North Loop West, in the Azalea/Hawthorne Room. There is no charge for this event.
On Saturday, they will host a Blue & Gold Prayer Breakfast, at 8:30 a.m. The breakfast will be held on the campus of Booker T. Washington High School, 119 East 39th Street. The cost to attend the breakfast is $20 per person.
Later that evening, the Big Event Annual “Scholarship Banquet and Dance” will be held at the Houston Sheraton Brookhollow Hotel-Grand Ballroom, from 5p.m.-12a.m. The program begins at 5p.m. Dinner will be served at 5:45 p.m. with dancing at 8p.m. The price for the banquet and dance is $55 per person.
