iQ Academy Texas Hosts Community Open House

HOUSTON- iQ Academy Texas, a tuition-free online elementary and middle school for students in grades 3-8, invites families to learn more about the school’s open enrollment process and the opportunities available through online education. The award-winning curriculum and Texas-licensed teachers provide a high-quality education conducted online using a laptop provided by the school. iQ Academy Texas is currently enrolling students for the 2009-10 school year, which begins August 25.
Teachers and students from iQ Academy will host the open house, on Saturday July 25, 2009 at the Marriott- West Loop, 1750 West Loop South, from 10 a.m.- 12p.m. The Open House allows parents and prospective students to ask questions and learn more about the virtual school. Parents of enrolled students will also be on hand to answer questions.
