(L) Gary Orr, Houston market president, Comerica Bank presents Paul Charles, executive director, Neighborhood Recovery Community Development Corporation with a $25,000 check
HOUSTON- Neighborhood Recovery Community Development Corporation (NRCDC) announced today that it has received a $25,000 gift from the Comerica Charitable Foundation to support economic investment and development.  Specifically, Comerica’s donation will help the nonprofit provide and encourage development of housing for persons of low and moderate income.

“We are thankful to Comerica whose partnership helps us further our mission of empowering the communities we serve,” said Paul D. Charles, executive director, Neighborhood Recovery Community Development Corporation. “Comerica’s generous contribution is already being utilized to help us improve the quality of life – through providing affordable housing, financial literacy and educational enhancements – for many Houstonians.”

Founded in 1990, the NRCDC is a multifaceted program of housing development, community revitalization, economic development and educational enhancement. The organization’s mission is to provide housing, business and educational opportunities that improve quality of life.
