AUSTIN- The Austin Branch of the NAACP will host its 3rd Annual Juneteenth Celebration with a special tribute honoring the remarkable life and legacy of Captain Louie W. White. The event will be held on Friday, June 13, 2009, at the Millennium Youth Entertainment Complex, 1156 Hargrave Street. Doors will open at 5:30p.m; the program will begin at 6:00pm.
