Ms, Verna Caddie is an Educator,Lecturer,Community Volunteer, Beauty Advisor, Certified Etiquette Instructor proud mother of 3 and Founder of Casting Your Cares, Inc & Devine Creations of which are nonprofit 501(c)(3) organizations. She has a compelling passion to help economically disadvantaged and underprivileged girls residing in the Houston area. She developed and refined the organization which teaches etiquette, personal development,self esteem,debutante and cotillion balls.

Devine Creations Presents: Lil Princess Debutantes. and Lil Kings. Every child should have the opportunity to learn how to be a young lady. Etiquette and Social Graces are missing from our youth.
With bullying in our schools, we must help our youth at a young age.
The Bible says: Direct your children onto the right path, and when they are older, they will not leave it. (Proverbs 22:6)

2. A girl or young woman regarded as being upper-class, wealthy, and of a frivolous or snobbish social set
