Taylor serves as keynote at the National Black MBA Association Houston Chapter Inc.’s 13th Annual Leadership Empowerment Scholarship Banquet on Feb. 25. The banquet, “Rebuilding Our Communities through Volunteerism, Mentoring and Education” will be held 6 p.m. – 9 p.m. at The Power Center,  12401 South Post Oak Rd.
