HOUSTON- Marshall (Itchey) Garrett celebrated his 73rd birthday with family and friends at his home in Northeast Houston. The party was festive with old school music, a bountiful amount of fried fish, shrimp and card games. Garrett said, “Seventy-three is just a number.”
