Lavonda Fletcher (State Farm) and Anita Williams (Weichert Realtors-Wayne Murray Properties) The Houston Social Network hosted a fundraiser at Spencer’s for Steaks and Chops at the Hilton Americas Hotel on Thursday, February 12, 2009.
The proceeds from the event were donated to a new non-profit organization called Phenomenal Girls, Inc. Phenomenal Girls Inc.’s mission is to, “change the world one girl at a time.” Their programs include Teen Pregnancy Prevention, STD/HIV Awareness/ Prevention, Drug Awareness/ Prevention and Financial Literacy. These programs help to empower and build self-esteem in girls ages 5-17.
