Africans are racially profiled worldwide

KOFI ANNAN (third front left), Secretary General of the United Nations, epitomizes Black faces in high places that fail to help African people worldwide.

Has Secretary of State Condolleezza Rice forgotten Black’s History?

CONDOLEEZZA RICE, America’s first female Secretary of State, who just happens to be Black, appeared to be Black History illiterate when she responded, “Abso-lutely not!” to charges during New Orlean’s rescue efforts.

Ebenezer, Not a Shelter, but a Transitional Home

Constable Ruben Davis of Fort Bend County Precinct 2 held his Annual Prayer Breakfast at the Quail Run Community Center, 16748 Quail Park, Missouri City, Texas, September 3.
“I look forward to these prayer breakfasts, because they do so much for the community,” said Davis. “I will always hold free annual prayer breakfasts for the community. The people get more out of the prayer than just food.”

East Texas News

Hurricane Katrina devastated New Orleans, Mississippi and Alabama like no other natural disaster has in our history. The people most victimized by this tragedy have been Black people, African Americans, who have been dubbed as “refugees” by mainstream media, when they are actually “American evacuees!” I really and truly believe that because of the race and color of the victims of this catastrophe, help was slow in coming and it added to the magnitude of that deadly calamity.

THIS BUD’S FOR YOU

When Ebenezer Worship Center opened its doors to New Orleans residents a few days after hurricane Katrina, Pastor Gregory T. Walter, Sr. understood some of what they were feeling. “I was homeless not one time, but twice,” said Pastor Walter. Drug and marital problems left him with nothing. “When this happened, I remember, it was a church that helped me,” he said.

“You may say I’m a dreamer, but I’m not the only one. I hope someday you will soon join us, and the world will live as one.”
