campaigning at ritzy chamber luncheons to a gathering in the Black

repairs and around abandoned ones open for trash, needles, drugs,
prostitution, and fire hazards |

Mabel Campbell Celebrates Four Scores and A Decade
Mabel Greer
Johnson-Campbell celebrated her 90th birthday at Postwood Park, 23318
Cypresswood Street, in Spring, Texas, February 2.
She testified to family, friends and church members it was her best
birthday party. Campbell thanked family members for giving her surprise
80th and 85th birthday parties, but said “I told them in advance that I
didn’t want a surprise 90th birthday party, because I want to invite who
I want to be there.”

years of service as an advancement officer, and Linda Y. Jackson was
elected to the District IV Board of Directors during a recent Council
for Advancement and Support of Education (CASE) conference in Houston,
