John Price
Dallas County
Commissioner John Wiley Price said his suit pending against three other
commissioners over allegedly violating the state’s open meetings act,
should send a strong message to colleagues that he will not allow his
constituents to be denied access or voice in county business.
“I will fight to keep all county business open to the public and ensure
we are at the table on all the issues,” Price said. “I want things to
remain open and will make sure we all follow the rules. If you hid
things from fellow county officials, what other things are you hiding
from the public?”
