City health officials encourage parents to immunize children early


 
City health officials are encouraging parents to have their children immunized early this summer to avoid the back-to-school rush in August.Immunizations at city clinics cost $3 per child. Parents need to bring current shot records and be prepared to fill out a family medical history questionnaire. Medicaid and CHIP patients are accepted. Locations and hours are: - Mt. Pisgah Missionary Baptist Church, 6335 Elam Road; Fridays, 8:30-11 a.m. - John West Health Center, 3312 N.
