The Dallas Regional Minority Enterprise Development (MED) Week Committee, U.S. Department of Commerce/Minority Business Development Agency, U.S. Small Business Administration, and Minority Business News will recognize the 2002 Million Dollar Roundtable, Helping Hands Award winners and salute the outstanding accomplishments entrepreneurs have made to the American Economy. The Million Dollar Roundtable Breakfast will award honors to corporate buyers who purchased $1 million or better in goods and services from minority/women owned companies in fiscal year 2001.

These outstanding individuals and their corporations will be recognized during the “U.S. Department of Commerce/Minority Business Development Agency, U.S. Small Business Administration, and Minority Business News 2002 Million Dollar Roundtable Awards Breakfast” that will be held at 7:30 a.m. on September 18th at the Hyatt Dallas, Texas as part of the Dallas Regional MED Week Celebration.

In addition, the renowned Dr. Therman Evans, “Mr. Inspiration,” will serve as the luncheon speaker. He is the author of the book, “Staying Strong,” host of the radio talk show “Lifeline,” and former VP of the CIGNA Corporation.

The Regional MED Week Steering Committee invites the public to be a part of the extraordinary, newly redesigned event by taking advantage of their special Minority Business Enterprise Sponsorship package.
