African Ministers’ Alliance celebrates 2nd anniversary

On Saturday, September 21, 2002, the African Ministers’ Alliance (AMA), will celebrate its 2nd anniversary at the Adam’s Mark Hotel, 2900 Westpark @ Westheimer. The founder and coordinator of AMA is Samuel Amaku, Ed.D.

The nonprofit organization is designed to unite ministers and church leaders of African and African descent in effective ministries, both in the church and the community in the United States and in Africa as well. The cost of the breakfast is $25 per person or $45 per couple.
Special guest will be His royal Highness, King Okunade Sijuwade, the Oni of Ife, Ile-Ife, Nigeria. The king will give his testimony of how he came to know the Lord.

Amaku stated, “This is an opportunity for non-believers to be challenged to faith in Jesus Christ, as well as for believers to be encouraged to be bold for Jesus.” The event is endorsed by several outstanding Christian leaders including Pastors William Lawson, C.L. Jackson and Kenneth Green.
