The Scenic Woods Church of Christ, 7300 Langley Road invites you to share in their First Annual Commemorative Service for the policemen, fire fighters and EMS precincts of the North Forest District on behalf of the terrorist attacks on September 11, 2001. Service begins at 7:00 p.m. Everyone is invited and encouraged to support this event. The Crisis Care Award will be presented to a recipient from each department in recognition of prompt and compassionate service to the North Forest community. The purpose of this event is in lieu of loved ones lost in the terrorist attacks; to build rapport between law enforcement and community; to provide the theory and experiences necessary to develop an understanding of emergence-response dynamics and effective community support.
