Girl power negates world power
OR: America’s strong women are nation’s weakest link

Woebeit, self-imposed celibacy had become more of a cross for this lustful old African warrior than my crown, after Dr. Clara Harris allegedly went off and ran over her estranged spouse the other day, the lust for a little TLC that was like fire shut up in my old bones, not only became a flickering flame but damn near turned cold. Hey, I don’t know about you other brothers, but nothing turns me off quicker than a murderous female and a woman scorned be damned. It seems American women, who already control most of the money and all of the up front sex, now wants to dominate their men.

Hark, I hear self-sufficient, “love myself first” sisters clearing their collective throats to call me a chauvinist, so mayhaps I should first offer this declaimer: I’m an unabashed momma’s boy, who truly love females. Moreover, I believe a warrior’s primary obligation is to protect his women and children. Ergo, I dare say that you might have a problem with me if you hit your woman in my presence. On the other hand, as much as I love females, it makes me a wee bit uneasy when they emulate males. And that includes, God forbid, wearing pants.

Okay, I know you’re about ready to play that Twilight Zone theme, so let me explain myself before I drift too far into the Outer Limits. I have always subscribed to 1 B.C. Rome’s Nero’s credo, “Live and let live.”    Even so, I also believe humankind’s roles are preordained.
And I know I’m anthropological, biologically and biblically sound here. I suspect the majority of my readers lean toward Christian principles, therefore I will come at you from the perspective of God’s divine plan, i.e., the natural order of the universe. Unless you’re a conversant bible scholar, please don’t rebut my premise that the original sin was role reversal.
Translation: Eve was conned into assuming Adam’s role by that snake and that messed up their good thing in the Garden. I attended Sunday school 50 years before I finally realized that Eve couldn’t commit the original sin, insofar as the buck stopped with Adam. Are you praying with me my brothers and sisters?

What I’m saying is, when Adam allowed Eve to call the shots, instead of reprimanding her for allowing herself to be beguiled by a snake, he subjugated his God ordained authority. Confusing? For sure, Lucifer is a master of confusion who deceives and beguiles humankind with pleasure, which ultimately inflicts pain. And if you don’t believe that, ask your crackheaded child. Cutting to the chase, it’s not so much that Dr. Harris was violent and vicious enough to use her Mercedes-Benz as a murder weapon, as it is that a consensus of America’s female population applauded her atrocious behavior. Perish the thought that I condone abuse of any kind.

Nevertheless, I can’t see how America’s women can so vehemently lament being victims of abusive males and at the same time preach “Girl Power.” Quite frankly the Women’s Lib Movement’s quest for equal rights for females has evolved into an all out war against males. I’m talking the ambiguity of passing laws to protect cuties from dirty old men (socialized to believe that it’s a male’s birthright, to not only flirt with cuties, but pinch their butts with impunity), while at the same time wanting to become dirty old men themselves.

In one breath a pantsuit-adorned sister whines like a damsel in distress, but claims she’s any man’s equal while waiting to exhale. For real, I know most sisters can’t defend themselves against a brutish brother in a fistfight. Then again, brutes also beat down a whole lot of hapless brothers. However, a real man wouldn’t dare use those nebulous laws that ideally protect women from spousal abuse and/or sexual harassment. Consequently, thugs punk out weaker males every day. Can you imagine how Steven Spielberg felt having to hire body guards to protect him from a depraved thug that publicly threatened to rape him?
Don’t answer that yet. Wait until I explain why I had cause to pause and ponder how male-dominated societies react to news of our women running over us. One has to believe such acts justify (in their minds) the logic of keeping women dumb, barefooted and pregnant. America’s women quickly assert that the Land of the Free’s strong women are its greatness asset, but unfortunately the proverb, “Power corrupts,” applies to females too.

Title XI notwithstanding, my generation had no respect for henpecked males, inasmuch as dominating females defy God’s divine plan. What in the hell is a “House Husband” any way? Be well advised, America is a very confused nation and our eroding family values validate that salient fact. Don’t believe me? Just watch TV or today’s movies that more profoundly impacts our children’s malleable minds than our teachers, preachers and/or parents. Action movies no longer feature male heroes rescuing foxy heroines from bad guys. Knights in shining armor have become passé. If you find one action movie, or TV series that doesn’t have a pretty young thing kicking butts and taking names you’re looking at the late show. Hell, those skinny little beauties don’t just kick one man’s booty, but take on two or three at a time.

In our media’s zeal to engender self-esteem and confidence in America’s female gender, they’ve gone a little overboard-instilling “Girl Power,” although I admit they look better in pants than most men. Hello Charlie’s Angels. It’s not so much that macho nations absolutely disrespect men who can’t control their women, than it is that American’s weakest link has become the strong woman image that our media projects internationally. American women are too busy rocking the world, to rock the cradles. And if you don’t think “Girl Power” hasn’t insidiously divided and confused our young folks about their roles, don’t miss the next Gay Pride parade coming soon in your city. I wonder if anybody knows where I’m coming from?
