Forest Brook Mighty Jaguars and M.B. Smiley Golden Eagles will combine together their 20th
class reunion. The events will take place from August 9 -11, 2002. On Friday there will be
a mixer and Saturday there will be a banquet at the U of H Hilton Hotel, 4800 Calhoun from
7:00p.m. to 12:00 midnight. The attire will be semi formal to formal. On Sunday there will

Families Under Urban and Social Attack (FUUSA) is hosting the Second
Annual Childrens Health Day. Put giving your child health cares coverage
at the top of your back-to-school checklist. TexCare provides low cost or free health care
coverage to eligible children through CHIP or Medicaid. Over 40 community organizations
are participating to prepare our children for a healthy back-to-school. Outreach workers
will be signing up children for TexCare at Almeda Mall, I-45 and Almeda Genoa, on

Houston Community College will screen the video, Raising Our Voices: South Asian
Americans Address Hate, at the Central Campus, 1300 Holman from 6:30p.m. - 8:30p.m.
Also August 13 at the Stafford Campus, 10141 Cash Rd., 2:00p.m. - 4:00p.m. and the Alief
Campus, 13803 Bissonnet, 7:00p.m. - 9:00p.m. The video marks the first time that survivors
of hate crimes and activists from the South Asian American community have documented
