Coke employees in their lawsuit against Coca Cola

Lee Alcorn, president of the Coalition for the Advancement for Civil Rights and Minister Robert Muhammad of the Nation of Islam, hold a press conference in Dallas outside of the North Texas Coca Cola facility. The press conference announced the total support of Coke employees in their lawsuit against Coco Cola based on racial discrimination and their practice of shipping outdated Cokes to low income areas populated by African-Americans and Hispanics. Minister Muhammad called for a 60 day “buycott.” Muhammad said “We are asking that our communities do not buy or drinks coke products. We are asking the entire state of Texas to join us in this “buycott.”’
