Experts in numerous health-related fields including HIV/AIDS Awareness, Child Car Seat Safety, Surviving Breast Cancer, Weight Management and more will be on-hand with informative literature on these and other related topics. Make-up Artists, Skin Care Consultants and Hair Stylists will be available for make-overs or to provide information on how to achieve and maintain your desired look. Massage therapists will also be at the "Total Woman Wellness Expo" to relieve and rejuvenate aching or stressed-out muscles and help you feel brand-new!
"We as women, the primary care-takers, always put others first. . . and take care of our needs last," said Richardson. "But we have to learn how to take the time out to refresh, relax and recharge our bodies or we won't be able to effectively give all that people expect from us. That's why attending events such as the 'Total Woman Wellness Expo' are so important."

As an added attraction, a special children's pavilion will be provided, complete with jumpers, rock climbing walls, face painters, autograph sessions with NFL/NBA Players and other activities designed to teach children the importance of staying physically fit.
